Youth Program (Ages 10–12)

Our youth program focuses on building strong foundations. Athletes learn proper sprint mechanics, coordination, change of direction, landing control, and basic strength training in a structured, high-energy environment. We prioritize movement quality, confidence, and athletic development during key growth years.

Advanced Program (Ages 13+ )

This program is designed for serious athletes who want measurable performance gains. Training includes acceleration, max velocity work, strength development, power training, and position-specific movement. Ambition offers comprehensive Enhance performance, build strength, and prevent injuries with our comprehensive programs for athletes and non-athletes. Our program provides:

Our speed and agility program optimizes athletes' mechanics, reducing injury risk and enhancing direction change. We leverage:

· VALD Laser Timers for precise sprint timing.

· OVR Sprint Laser Timing for laser accuracy.

·Catapult GPS for real-time movement tracking

Our Team Performance Program is designed for clubs, schools, and organizations looking to improve speed, explosiveness, and on-field performance in a structured, measurable way.

Recovery therapy

Our recovery-focused sessions are designed to help athletes heal, move better, and recover faster. We specialize in techniques that support your body’s well-being and performance.

Each 60 minutes recovery session ($99) may include: Stretching therapy, Cupping, Scraping and or Corrective exercises.

For ages 9–12, 30-minute sessions are also available depending on the specific need or area of focus. ($65)

These sessions can aid in recovery, improve mobility, and even help prevent future injuries.
